Technically Speaking
As small business owners, it is often overwhelming to try and tackle creating an online presence for your business. We are hoping to help make that task less daunting by having a professional web and social media manager teach you how to use those tools. Alicia has been using social media to promote small businesses since the tools like Facebook Pages and Instagram were still in development. She grew up with a father who worked in IT but specialized in what he liked to refer to as “speaking user” when it came to technology. After teaching children how to use technology for the last two years Alicia has truly learned how to “speak user” as well.
Planning in the Works
Our desire is to eventually make this a reoccurring training event to teach you how to streamline your or your business’s online presence and ensure consistency across your website and social media platforms. We are also considering creating an online course that you can take at your own pace. We have found that in person and live courses are a more ideal approach to really finding the right fit for everyone because we can answer more questions.

We had a lovely event in partnership with Zinnspire. We enjoyed talking to some amazing ladies about social media and online presence for their businesses. It has taken me a week to share anything online about it but I am so glad to see some of you already using some of the things we taught you this week.
